The GOP/CAGOP needs to go after that obnoxious dimwit Swalwell and make the case that he's not eligible to run for governor because he has not had a primary residence in the state for 5 years as required by California's Constitution. He's just another corrupt Democrat who knows that he can't get elected without the Democrat's illegal alien voter base.
