Everyone starts as unqualified. If you pick a safe coach you are unlikely to find the next great one. You might also find a terrible one. It’s not an exact science but to make a racist thing of it is a personal choice. Clearly at least this man has studied under one of the best - and unless I missed something they haven’t hired him so you’re really eager to make a thing of it
