Nvidia's "SUPER" cards were never all built the same. Some were genuine mid-gen glow-ups, and they bridged an entire market segment, making the base models feel outdated. On the other hand, some others were little more than a polite refresh with a few extra frames and a few higher clocks. For those, their name was way more exciting than the performance leap they came with.
