This piece is FUNNY. I admit I laughed. But not like Tom Steyer laughed, in his clueless TDS way, which would make him eligible for the reject pile if he weren't on the ash heap of discarded gubernatorial candidates already, before ANYTHING happens this year. Never mind, I laughed because this piece is a perfect fit for that highly mock-able idiot, Rep Eric Swalwell, whose presence on a political stage or in public at all produces shame and embarrassment amongst Californians, and we're not even HIM! We're embarrassed just from WATCHING his impotent, flimsy, awkward attempts to be tough and relevant. It's PAINFUL. Hard to imagine anyone ---- politician or not ---- going lower than he does or being a more pathetic specimen. Even I ---- not exactly tough ---- can easily imagine flicking him to the floor with one loaded spring finger. God forbid we should have continued election cheating this year.
