Northwest Ohio lawmakers seek to require cameras in publicly funded child-care centers

COLUMBUS — Publicly funded child-care centers in Ohio would be required to install video cameras to surveil their facilities under forthcoming legislation proposed by state Reps. Josh Williams (R., Sylvania Township) and D.J. Swearingen (R., Huron).
