The format is straightforward but effective. Seven chefs, each a previous Ramen Rumble winner, compete by preparing their signature ramen creations for guests to sample and judge. Attendees can choose between two sessions: 5:30 to 7:30 PM or 8:00 to 10:00 PM. During their session, guests taste each chef’s offering, cast their votes, and ultimately decide who earns noodle supremacy for 2026. The winner receives bragging rights, the coveted Broth Belt trophy, and a charitable donation made in their name. That last part matters significantly because all proceeds from the event benefit Give Kids the World, a nonprofit resort in Central Florida that provides weeklong, cost-free vacations to children with critical illnesses and their families. The Champion Lineup This year’s competitors represent a greatest hits collection of Ramen Rumble history, with winners spanning from 2016 through 2025. The lineup includes Chef Huy Tin of Seito Sushi Baldwin Park, Chef Kevin Kel of Sticky Rice, Chef Quan Van of Kai Asian Street Fare, Chef Takeshi Ikeuchi of Morimoto Asia, Chef Michael Cooper of The Osprey, Chef Yoko Takagi of Ramen Takagi, and Chef Eliot Hillis of Red Panda Noodle. Each of these chefs has proven themselves in previous Ramen Rumble competitions, which means the skill level and creativity on display will be exceptionally high. This isn’t a competition featuring untested newcomers hoping for a breakthrough moment. These are established champions being asked to defend their reputations and demonstrate why they won in the first place. The Battle of the Champions format creates interesting dynamics. Past winners can’t rely on the element of surprise or novelty. Guests attending Ramen Rumble events have developed sophisticated palates for ramen through years of sampling top-tier bowls. The bar is high, and the competition is fierce. The Disney Ticket Situation General admission tickets for Ramen Rumble were $100, allowing access to all seven ramen creations, voting, and supporting Give Kids the World.
