Cardinals rule out Mack Wilson, Baron Browning, Will Johnson
The Cardinals ruled several defensive players out for Sunday's game against the 49ers. Linebacker Mack Wilson (ribs) and cornerback Will Johnson (back, hip) will miss their second straight game while edge rusher Baron Browning (concussion) will miss his first game of the season. The Cardinals ruled wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. out early in the week after he had appendicitis surgery. Safety Dadrion Taylor-Demerson (ankle), right tackle Jonah Williams (shoulder), and offensive lineman Hayden Conner (knee) are also going to miss the game. Right guard Will Hernandez (knee), running back Bam Knight (ankle), defensive lineman Walter Nolen (knee), edge rusher BJ Ojulari (knee), and defensive lineman Darius Robinson (groin) are all listed as questionable.
Deommodore Lenoir is only 49ers player with an injury designation
The 49ers' injury report isn't about who is on it, but who isn't. Quarterback Brock Purdy (toe) and wide receiver Ricky Pearsall (knee) will return to the lineup Sunday. Purdy hasn't played since Week 4 when he aggravated his turf toe, which he originally injured in Week 1. Pearsall also last played in Week 4.Pearsall had his first full practice, and Purdy his second of this week.Cornerback Deommodore Lenoir (calf) is the only 49ers player with an injury designation. He is questionable after being downgraded to out of practice on Friday.The team added him to the report on Thursday.Defensive tackle Alfred Collins (hip) and linebacker Dee Winters (knee/knee) returned to full participation in Friday's practice.
Tyler Smith, Donovan Wilson remained limited in Cowboys' practice
The Cowboys' practice report had only one minor change from Wednesday.Safety Alijah Clark was downgraded to out of practice on Thursday with an illness after being listed with only an injury to his ribs on Wednesday.Defensive tackle Solomon Thomas (calf) did not practice again.Safety Malik Hooker (toe), safety Donovan Wilson (elbow/shoulder), offensive tackle Ajani Cornelius (knee/knee), defensive end Dante Fowler (shoulder) and left guard Tyler Smith (knee) were limited a second consecutive day.Wilson last played in Week 7, and Clark played Weeks 5-8 before his injury. Hooker is in his 21-day return-to-practice window.Linebacker DeMarvion Overshown (knee), cornerback Shavon Revel (knee) and defensive tackle Perrion Winfrey (back) remained full participants. Winfrey is in his 21-day return-to-practice window.The Cowboys play the Raiders on Monday Night Football.
J.K. Dobbins will miss Sunday's showdown with the Chiefs
Broncos running back J.K. Dobbins has had a promising career regularly derailed by injury. He has another, and it will keep him from playing on Sunday.Via NFL Media, a foot injury suffered last Thursday night against the Raiders will keep Dobbins from playing on Sunday against the Chiefs.Dobbins had an angry reaction to the play that caused the injury, arguing that it was a hip-drop tackle.Per the report, Dobbins is believed to be out for the foreseeable future. Injured reserve is also a possibility.In 10 games this season, Dobbins has 772 rushing yards. He's averaging 5.0 yards per carry. Rookie R.J. Harvey has 214 rushing yards. Harvey will take over as the No. 1 option in the backfield. Tyler Badie and Jaleel McLaughlin are the other options on the active roster. Deuce Vaughn is on the practice squad.

No injury designations for Lane Johnson, Cam Jurgens
The Eagles are set to have their entire offensive line available for Sunday's game against the Lions. Four of the team's starters were on this week's injury report, but right tackle Lane Johnson (ankle), center Cam Jurgens (knee), left guard Landon Dickerson (quad), and right guard Tyler Steen (oblique) do not have injury designations this week. Johnson injured his ankle in Monday night's win over the Packers and Jurgens has missed the last two games. Edge rusher Nolan Smith (triceps) and cornerback Jakorian Bennett (pectoral) are also set to play after full practice participation all week. Offensive lineman Willie Lampkin (knee, ankle) is the only player with an injury designation. He is listed as questionable to play.
