He’s planning a mile-and-a-half airstrip for his private jet, nicknamed Air Paul, so he can land and take off without ever leaving his property. But that’s not all. Paul is also building a Formula 1-style racetrack that snakes through the ranch, letting him and club members tear around in high-performance cars. The track is just part of a bigger vision. It is a private membership club where members can have homes right on the circuit, garages for their cars, and full access to both the racetrack and the airstrip. Jake Paul has already started setting up mini-racing setups on the ranch, including a track for Polaris Razors, which members will also get to use. His goal is to turn the property into a one-stop playground where fans, car lovers, and club members can live, race, and fly, all in one epic spot. He called it a “race club with all the amenities.” This latest move adds to the 28-year-old’s reputation for jaw-dropping purchases.
