State Reps. Gary Click (R., Vickery) and Kellie Deeter (R., Norwalk) have introduced legislation to create an Ohio Data Center Study Commission. Mr. Click says the goal is to get some facts on the table. It’s more than a little late since Ohio has legislatively created incentives to attract data centers since 2013, but could still be useful.
