His stats aren't even that bad. More 300+ yard games (3) this year than the Steelers have had since Ben Roethlisberger. Russ had one in 2024, Kenny in 2022, Ben in 2021. That's it.

In reply to AtlanticMM. I can agree with the first part. But regardless - teams don't usually pick 1st rounders for just 4 years of play which right now to this day is making the pick not worth it. It was fine, I guess, back then. One of our issues has been overall talent and depth (in part not keeping players that weren't good enough) so I'm trying to reinforce the product we see on the field, especially on the offensive side of the ball where we've struggled heavily for years.
