‘Oh I’d Be Talkin To The Parent’: Woman Goes To Kansas City Chiefs-Las Vegas Raiders Game. Then She Sees What’s On The Boy’s Phone In Front Of Her
kid sitting in game bleachers (l) woman shares game experience (c) football game (r) Going to a football game should be about watching the game, eating junk food, and commiserating or celebrating with fellow fans. But this woman’s game day experience took a turn when she discovered that the kid sitting in front of her was violating her privacy in a confusing way. What would you have done in this situation? Woman Notices Young Chiefs Fan Acting Suspicious Content creator Yuyi Nagy (@yuyi.nagy) shared the uncomfortable moment from when she went to a Kansas City Chiefs–Las Vegas Raiders game. Her video has more than 371,000 views. In the video, a young boy—appearing to be somewhere between 8 and 11 years old—sits in the row directly in front of Nagy. He has on a Patrick Mahomes jersey; clearly he is there to cheer on the Chiefs. But at some point during the game, Nagy noticed something strange on his phone screen. The boy appeared to have taken a picture of her. Based on the grainy quality of the image shown in the clip, he likely didn’t point the camera directly at her. Instead, he probably used the selfie camera to discreetly snap a photo of the woman sitting behind him. In Nagy’s video, the boy zooms in on the photo and stares at it on his phone. “Why is a random kid taking pictures of me?” Nagy wrote in the text overlay. Her caption summed up the bizarre situation: “This was NOT in my 2026 bingo card.” Commenters Debate The video sparked intense debate in the comments about why a young boy would secretly photograph a stranger at a football game. Some commenters jumped to the worst possible conclusion. They suggested the kid might use the photo for inappropriate purposes. A more popular theory? He wanted to tell his friends he was at the game with a girl, using the photo as proof. “Hes like ya bro im with my girl,” a top comment read. “Because you’re super pretty and hes making life plans like – ima work hard and do good and be a great hisband to a wife like her – shes my inspo,” another wrote. Another group of commenters had a different take entirely. They thought the boy might have mistaken Nagy for someone famous. “Maybe he thinks you are Amelia Dimoldenberg?” a person asked. “You should’ve asked if he wanted a picture with you,” a commenter added. Multiple commenters said they would have immediately addressed the situation with the child’s parents. Teaching Kids About Digital Boundaries And Consent The incident highlights an increasingly important issue: teaching kids about digital privacy, boundaries, and consent. According to Common Sense Education, understanding consent means “asking for and receiving permission before recording, sharing, or posting someone’s personal information or images online.” Boundaries are “the personal limits we set to protect our privacy, comfort, and well-being by clearly communicating what we are and are not OK with.” Common Sense Education emphasizes that being respectful of others’ boundaries is essential for nurturing positive relationships. But technology can make it difficult for kids to understand when their actions cross a line. Their curriculum teaches students to understand why personal boundaries are important and to reflect on what consent means in online interactions. Digital consent education organization Raising Digital Citizens explains that digital consent is about teaching children that their voices and boundaries matter and that privacy is a right. In digital spaces where there aren’t natural borders separating “yours from mine,” children need guidance to understand that everything posted can be downloaded, shared, or copied with a click, usually without being noticed. This applies whether children are the subjects of photos or the ones taking them. Teaching kids not to post photos of others without permission, not to tag friends at locations without consent, and not to share private conversations or images online are all part of building respectful digital citizenship.…

Did Jordan Seaton Reject Oregon For Steak Dinner? Clarity Provided After Dan Lanning’s Cryptic Update
Jordan Seaton extends LSU visit Former Colorado offensive lineman Jordan Seaton entered the portal this month to become one of the top transfers on the market. He is now in the process of looking at potential destinations. He was in Baton Rouge to visit LSU over the weekend. There were questions as to when that trip would end. On Monday, confirmation was provided. https://www.instagram.com/p/DTihVXfEU5h/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA== Seaton played two seasons in Boulder after signing as a top recruit in 2024. He earned All-America honors as a freshman. He followed it up with All-Conference recognition as a sophomore. He was expected to return to Colorado for Year 3 before potentially declaring for the NFL Draft. Instead, he’ll leave campus in search of a new home. Jordan Seaton will transfer. He announced his decision to enter the portal in the January window. He quickly lined up visits with potential suitors. Seaton has taken trips to Mississippi State and Miami. He headed to LSU this past weekend. The Tigers have pushed for a pledge with the lineman in town. Lane Kiffin sparked speculation of a potential commitment due to recent social media activity. The head coach reshared a number of posts from online outlets reporting on the visit. One particular message ignited a firestorm. — Lane Kiffin (@Lane_Kiffin) January 19, 2026 Kiffin posted an emoji of a Tiger on Monday. There was no context. Many believed it was a positive update in Seaton’s recruitment but to this point, a commitment is not confirmed. Contradicting updates followed, only provided more cloudiness. Did the lineman cut his LSU visit short? It was reported by LSU insider Matt Moscona that Jordan Seaton had a dinner reservation set for Monday. Seaton was also expected on the Oregon campus the same day. If he stayed for the meal, it likely meant that Kiffin had secured his target. Multiple reports that Seaton is expected to be in Oregon Monday, but his LSU itinerary stretches through Monday, including a private dinner at Supper Club Monday night, sources confirm. Also of note: Tuesday is the last day to register for classes at LSU for spring semester, so the roster will be set for spring football. Ideally, he would sign and enroll Tuesday when the campus reopens after the holiday. -Matt Moscona / X The dinner seems to have been scheduled as a potential celebration. LSU hoped to keep him in Baton Rouge long enough to rethink visiting Oregon and enroll this week. Soon after Moscona’s initial post, he was told the dinner was cancelled. Most believed it was a sign that Seaton was off to Eugene. That speculation was further fueled by a cryptic recruiting update from Dan Lanning. Much like Kiffin’s previously mentioned post, Lanning shared a contextless message on X consisting only of an emoji of the school mascot. Did the Ducks land Jordan Seaton? It does not appear so. Moscona provided yet another twist in the recruitment with a late evening update. While the dinner reservation may or may not have been cancelled, Seaton never actually left Baton Rouge. NEW: Source confirms No. 1 OT Jordan Seaton is still on his LSU visit. He did not leave for Oregon Monday morning. Tigers pushing for his commitment.@1045espn @LASportsDotNet — Matt Moscona (@MattMoscona) January 19, 2026 That news does not provide any clarity on the lineman’s status. He has not committed to either school at the time of this writing. It does tell us that Dan Lanning’s tweet was not in reference to Seaton. Instead, it was likely meant for four-star running back Brandon Smith, who flipped to Oregon on Monday after initially signing with Arizona. As for LSU, it would seem a positive update in their recruitment of the five-star lineman. There’s been no news on a rescheduled visit with the Ducks. The steak dinner does not seem to have played a role in his decision. Still, LSU was able to convince him to stay through Monday. We’ll see if the Tigers can ultimately close the deal. The…

Marcus Freeman’s Appearance On College Gameday Directly Contradicts Notre Dame’s Bowl Game Boycott
Notre Dame chose not to play in a bowl game after it missed out on the College Football Playoff but Marcus Freeman had no problem joining the College Gameday desk prior to the national championship. Although his lengthy appearance on ESPN served its purpose, it directly contradicts the Fighting Irish’s decision to withdrawal from the postseason. They were trying to make a point. For the head coach to then appear on the pregame show for the college football national championship is rather ironic. I get it, and Freeman did a great job, but you can’t have your cake and eat it too. Notre Dame opted out of the Pop-Tarts Bowl. Nobody expected the College Football Playoff bracket to look how it did during the preseason. Not only did Indiana finish as the top-ranked team in the country in Curt Cignetti’s second year as head coach, two Group of Six programs snuck into the field of 12. Ole Miss got to host a home game without Lane Kiffin. Miami got the final spot as the only representative from the ACC even though it did not win the ACC. The Fighting Irish got jumped by the Hurricanes at the last possible second. Literally. Notre Dame was ranked No. 10 in the second-to-last CFP rankings. Miami was ranked No. 10 in the final CFP rankings. They flip-flopped. The College Football Playoff committee ultimately decided that the head-to-head matchup from August should matter. The Irish lost to the Canes so the Canes got the last spot over the Irish. Most people expected them to lose right away at Texas A&M. The sportsbooks offered 100/1 odds for Miami to win a national title. And yet, here we are. The U is one win away. On the flip side of that decision, Notre Dame decided to opt out of the postseason all together in protest. Marcus Freeman and the Irish made a stand. They don’t want to play at all if they can’t play for a national title. The ratings ultimately proved that the Pop-Tarts Bowl was better off without them anyway. Marcus Freeman appeared on College Gameday before the national championship. Notre Dame withdrew from the postseason to prove a point. It told ESPN and the College Football Playoff committee to shove it— as if anybody outside of South Bend cared. The entire purpose of the protest was to take a stand against injustice. The Irish would not be associated with the media conglomerate that runs college football bowl season. They would not bend the knee! And then Marcus Freeman bent the knee. The head football coach at Notre Dame spent more than an hour with Desmond Howard, Rece Davis, Pat McAfee and Kirk Herbstreit on the desk of College Gameday prior to the national championship. His appearance was in direct contradiction of the bowl game boycott. Now, to be completely fair, Freeman remained extremely humble and took ownership for leaving doubt. "It's up to us to leave no doubt."Marcus Freeman shared his team's mindset after being left out of this year's CFP. pic.twitter.com/dmV7cdZexv— College GameDay (@CollegeGameDay) January 19, 2026 And not only that, he is an extremely likable guy. ESPN allowed him to show off who he is and what Notre Dame is all about for two hours in front of millions of people. You have to take that opportunity. It would be silly not to. Free publicity! But that doesn’t mean Marcus Freeman’s appearance on College Gameday did not go against the bowl game boycott. Two things can be true at once.
