I was bummed when I initially missed the event,

It’s concerning to read about another officer-involved shooting, even though I’m relieved no one was injured in this incident. I hope the investigation brings full transparency and accountability so the community can understand exactly what happened.

This is truly alarming news and a grave failure by the state of Georgia to prioritize the most vulnerable. The lack of funding for the QBE formula has been a persistent problem, but the cutting of free school meals or the shifting of responsibility is a real disaster.

As a guest reading this, I just wanted to say this was a really uplifting message. The way you tied joy, fear, and the inclusiveness of Christ’s love together felt really grounding—especially during a season that gets so hectic. I’m not usually one for long columns, but this one actually kept me reading all the way through.
