Far-right activist and former January 6th rioter Jake Lang has accused an “anti white mob” of a vicious attack against him after he organized a small rally in Minneapolis. Footage of the incident shows Lang desperately trying to cling to safety as the large crowd pulls him away from the steps of City Hall where he and his group had congregated. Lang held an anti-Islam, anti-Somali, and pro-ICE rally near Minneapolis City Hall. On social media he had even boasted of his intentions to “burn a Quran” at the event. Of course, with the whole thing being advertised on social media, it was easy for counter-protesters to learn of Lang’s intentions and show up to give him a piece of their mind. The counter-protesters showed up in droves, far outnumbering the pathetic turnout for Lang’s book burning event. With people across Minnesota uniting against right wing forces and the constant ICE raids in the state it’s no surprise that so many people would show up to shut down Lang’s rally. Things get ugly for Jake Lang The conservative influencer likely realized he’d made a huge mistake once he saw the massive crowd of people that had shown up to shout him down. However, he was surrounded, and things soon turned physical as those closest to Lang attempted to grab him and drag him into the crowd. Footage of the incident shows several people pulling him away from a wall and into the crowd. Another picture shows Lang looking as if he’s being given a stern talking to by someone, presumably one of the counter-protesters. Of course, Lang seized the opportunity to push the narrative that these radical leftists were out for blood. He shared photos of his injuries and claimed he had also been stabbed. There’s little sympathy Of course, with the violence the Trump administration commits against innocent civilians every day, there’s not much sympathy reserved for people like Lang, who went out looking to provoke and got exactly what he came for. Online people shared old footage of Lang standing amongst the angry mob and brandishing a bat. He can be seen swinging at policemen. Jake Lang is no saint, and to call the counterprotesters “violent” is sort of like the pot calling the kettle black. He went looking for a conflict, and that’s what he got.

TikTok creator @Jahlen.Johnson has alleged a small connection between Jonathan Gerlach, the man recently arrested for grave-robbing in Pennsylvania, and the Harvard morgue scandal, involving the alleged theft and sale of human remains from Harvard Medical School’s morgue. Importantly, Johnson does not claim Gerlach is charged in or directly tied to the Harvard case. Instead, she alleges the connection runs through personal relationships and alleged transactions within the underground “oddities” and human remains marketplace. In her post, Johnson says: “The Pennsylvania grave robber who was arrested earlier this week,” meaning Gerlach, “has a small connection to the Harvard body parts scandal, which LED me down a completely different rabbit hole.” According to Johnson, the unconfirmed connection between Gerlach and Harvard is Jeremy Pauley, a Pennsylvania man recently sentenced in the Harvard morgue case. Pauley operated a museum and educational nonprofit involving oddities and human remains. Johnson recounts Pauley’s claim that he did not knowingly purchase stolen Harvard remains, saying he bought items from third parties and believed they were legitimate. “He believed it was legit and he always did everything above board,” Johnson said, summarizing Pauley’s defense. She claims Pauley has said shipping records show items arrived at the home while he was not present, and that Sarah later admitted to lying, resulting in a perjury charge. Johnson further alleges that Sarah knowingly sold remains connected to the broader scandal. This is where Gerlach enters Johnson’s narrative. She references alleged text messages, online listings, and items such as a hippo foot and a lion skull, suggesting Gerlach may have attempted to sell them across state lines. Johnson is careful to frame these claims as ongoing and unresolved, saying, “way more is gonna come out of this now.” As of now, no court filings or law enforcement statements verify that Gerlach handled Harvard-sourced remains or participated in that criminal conspiracy. That the Nobel Peace Prize may be about to drag the world into open war has to be one of the most colossal ironies in human history. And yet here we are. Donald Trump craves one but, try as he might, he can’t force anyone to award him one, and now he’s wailing and throwing his toys out of the pram by threatening war. Over the past few days, we saw 2025 Nobel Peace Prize winner Maria Machado hand over her Nobel Prize medal to Trump. This gesture humiliates both sides equally, as the Nobel committee repeatedly underlines that you can’t simply award the prize to someone else and have it be legitimate. In a truly bizarre letter to Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre, Trump said: “Considering your Country decided not to give me the Nobel Peace Prize for having stopped 8 Wars PLUS, I no longer feel an obligation to think purely of Peace … The World is not secure unless we have Complete and Total Control of Greenland. Thank you!” The baffled Støre has explained that every time he talks to Trump, the president continually demands a Nobel Peace Prize and asks Støre why he hasn’t been awarded one yet. Støre says he repeatedly and patiently explains to Trump that those decisions are made by the Nobel Committee, which he isn’t on and doesn’t have any power over. The ‘leader of the free world’, ladies and gentlemen Støre reportedly thinks that this distinction is something that “Trump appears fundamentally unable to grasp.” I mean, I guess we can add that to the teetering pile of things that Trump “is fundamentally unable to grasp”, along with economics, foreign relations, agriculture, energy, etc… etc… Trump likely presumes that Støre should simply do to the Nobel Committee what he’d do to an organization he wants something from, namely bully, threaten, mock, and economically attack them until they submit. I guess what he truly doesn’t understand is that other world leaders aren’t lying, greedy, venal scumbags like him. All that said, maybe at this point the Nobel Committee is wishing they’d just given Trump the 2025 prize after all. It’s ultimately a meaningless bauble whose worth has been repeatedly tarnished over the years, and if Henry Kissinger somehow got one, why shouldn’t Trump? Sure, it’d be infuriating watching Trump gloat about it, but sometimes you’ve just got to give the baby its rattle just to stop it crying.
