But it's a way of acknowledging our customers' time and showing that this matters to us."The company also said that if customers are still experiencing issues, they should restart their devices to reconnect to the network.Verizon customers began reporting issues just before 12 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon, according to Downdetector, which provides real-time crowdsourced updates on services and websites. Some of Verizon's rivals also used the outage as an opportunity to take some subtle jabs."Our network? Solid. If you're experiencing issues, it's not us..... it's the other guys. Some things are just out of our hands!"
