Most competent owners understands that only 1 out of 32 teams win a championship in any given year, and that you need to have the right players in place to have a chance, much more than you need some flavor of the month coach to elevate you. You need a competent leader to guide a championship-worthy roster to a Super Bowl, but the Steelers haven't had sufficient talent for a long time, largley due to bad drafting and misguided free agent acquisitions.

I dont agree with Deebo on the tank. I would like to fortify/improve the OL, DL and WR rooms this year.
