In reply to 69 Super Bee. A GM weighed down by Tomlin. You forget that Tomlin was sitting next to him every pick of the draft? Who is charge of developing players? Not Omar. Tomlin chose who he wanted for his assistants and coaches as well. But I guess we will see heading into the future.

In reply to bgsteelfan. You're wrong. Few will want him, and the ones who would want him will be pure trash that would be happy just being mediocre, and not winning super bowls. Ill tell you right now, anyone who thinks tomlin could take a bad team and turn it around is simply insane. For that to happen, hed have to start out on 3rd base again.

This article is an out and out purposely deceptive spin job. Yes the steelers spend as much as just about anybody player wise. And why not, its not their money. But the staff however is on the payroll, not part of the cap. And the staff and facilities are well known to be the smallest and cheapest pos on earth. Im not sure i get why these writers always try and feel the need to over embellish this team, even going as far as using deception, and half truths to do it, they aren't journalists, they are just fanboys. They won't print nothing bad about the team, and bruise their own ego.
