Crazy, the most progressive state in the country has these outcomes for black students. Sac State has a MLK Study Hall for black students with black culture education, black student success information, offers quiet study areas, mental and financial resources, reduced tuition, tutoring, special programs for black students, etc., not to mention mandatory cultural awareness classes in all California schools which would be better spent on additional math, reading, writing classes for all students. Yes, the state has done poorly, but at what point does the parental responsibility come into play? If it doesn't come into play, you'll be writing the same article 10 years from now.

Claw back EVERY SINGLE DOLLAR that has been misappropriated by California Democrats' programs to provide services in exchange for votes by illegal aliens!!! And THROW these bad actors in PRISON and audit their personal accounts as well...

This election could be held in March for the primaries and general election in June like the governors race.
