I seriously hope that comment above was some type of autocorrect catastrophe. If not, please choose another team to root for. The Raiders are supposed to be inclusive. I'm just not sure I buy the idea that a leader has to be super charismatic. Pete Carroll and Antonio Pierce were charismatic. Was Bill Walsh? Belichick? Soon Shula? The Shanahans? Charisma is nice, but I'd much rather work for someone who is genuine, authentic, caring and puts me in position to succeed than someone who can win a press conference.
