Tomlin could have pounded the table to draft a quarterback before Ben was hurt of after he was hurt but they were to worried about non losing seasons and making bad picks in the draft instead of replacing Ben. They screwed themselves. Its a down couple years at the quarterback position in the draft you have to be creative. Seattle signed Darnold and had the receivers. Rams traded for Stafford. New England drafted Maye. Steelers lost in 10 and 7. By the way in each 10 and 7 year they beat up on bad teams. Lost to every good team.

They got a GM who signed off on the Watson deal and is on the hot seat, they don't get to choose their own DC 'i know he's good but a coach should be able to pick his staff' they have one of the worst owners in the nfl and they have blackholes all over the offensive side of the football. That job is a death sentence waiting to happen
