Of course the Washington Post has their candidate! I wasn't aware they had a sports section anymore! Steelers would be making him a serious contender so they don't get sued! Hes in the spotlight to be their possible defensive coordinator however!

In reply to TennSteeler. So are the QB free agent pool and prospects besides Mendoza. Pick your poison. It's a temp idea if Klay is hired because of the connection working with him. His stats aren't even that bad. More 300+ yard games (3) this year than the Steelers have had since Ben Roethlisberger. Russ had one in 2024, Kenny in 2022, Ben in 2021. That's it.

If the Steelers loved Flores THAT much... why didn't they push to keep him this past off season? If Flores is THAT great of head coach... why didn't tons of other NFL teams offer him positions immediately? Could it be that he's a better DC than HC?
