Simple matter, the ball was loose, if Cooks pulls it in again, his ball, if not and the other guy does, it's his. AARod held the ball to the ground and had it pulled from his hands, not mid-air. Cooks needed to do better at holding on in a tough situation.

In reply to DesertKaktus. I agree and still don’t think Tyson will fall to us. If he does you run to the podium with the pick. Green can’t hit the broad side of a barn. No thanks. I think if Omar doesn’t Draft one of the top 5 QB’s (and Green isn’t one of them) he probably trades one of our first two 3rd Round picks for a 2nd in 2027 to have more Draft Capital for a QB in 2027. I did like the O Lineman Boise State pick. Good player and need quality upside O Lineman for depth and future Starter potential. Can never have enough good O Lineman. The Chargers got knocked out of the Playoffs because of it.

Only if all the other candidates get kidnapped. Makes two hired and eight openings. Its hard to keep track. McVey looked like he was losing his lunch last night like he may of gotten fired if he lost. The pressure is on these coaches in every city. Tomlin felt the fan heat cause the owner was weak and is weak its the softest job in the NFL.

Yeah, I'd just sit back and let this play itself out. Let the chips fall where they may. The Steelers won't allow themselves to be rushed into making a hasty decision. Good on them. When you have three HOF coaches over nearly six decades, you can maintain status quo in how you run things.
