Interview McDermott now. 8 playoff wins in 9 seasons. Tomlin had 8 in 19 seasons. McDermott and Allen carried that Bills team without a ton of talent. If we are interviewing McCarthy and Flores, it would be stupid to pass this up.

It’s not an exact science but to make a racist thing of it is a personal choice.
